User Responsibility
Users may only upload content they own or have permission to distribute. By uploading content to Sonari, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to that content, including any underlying compositions, recordings, samples, artwork, and likenesses.
Prohibited Uploads
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights
- Unlicensed samples, beats, or stems
- Content that includes another artist's recordings without authorization
- Bootlegs, leaks, or material distributed without the rights-holder's permission
Reporting Infringement
If you believe content on Sonari infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@sonaribase.com including:
- Your full name, address, phone number, and email
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- The URL or other identification of the infringing content on Sonari
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
Counter-Notices
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice to support@sonaribase.com.
Repeat Infringers
Sonari may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright or who are the subject of repeated valid takedown notices.
