These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sonari (the "Service"), operated by Shiven Singh. By accessing or using Sonari, you agree to these Terms.

User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old or have legal permission to use the platform.
• You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your credentials confidential.
• You may only upload content you own or have the legal right to distribute.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Prohibited Content

Users may not upload content that:

• Infringes copyright or other intellectual-property rights
• Violates applicable laws
• Contains malware or harmful software
• Promotes fraud or illegal activities

Intellectual Property

Sonari retains ownership of the Service, its software, documentation, and branding. Artists retain ownership of the music and content they upload. By uploading content, you grant Sonari a limited license to host and display it solely to provide the Service.

Payments & Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed according to the selected plan. Fees may change with notice.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Account Termination

Sonari reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

Limitation of Liability

Sonari is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
