14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your Sonari subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the charge. After 14 days, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.
Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@sonaribase.com within 14 days of the charge and we will review and correct any billing error.
How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net, or email support@sonaribase.com with your order details.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel after the 14-day refund window, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of the refund policy, or violation of our Terms of Service.
